Dunkin Donuts, Station Avenue, South Yarmouth, MA
About this project:
When the owner of several popular Dunkin Donuts franchise stores on Cape Cod wanted to develop a vacant site in the Yarmouth business district, the site layout had to be uniquely configured to achieve the owner’s project objectives, while still complying with local regulatory requirements. This 2-acre development project included the construction of a new building for the planned Dunkin Donuts store with drive-through window and a separate corporate offices building on the same property.
Coastal Engineering's services included:
- Topographic and boundary surveys
- Site development assessment
- Civil engineering design, including building and parking layout, site grading, stormwater
management utilizing LID techniques, and onsite sewage disposal system
- Regulatory permitting
- Construction inspections.
