Wendy's Restaurant, Yarmouth, MA
About this project:
This existing retail shopping plaza on Station Avenue in Yarmouth, MA was in a run-down, dilapidated condition when the property owners undertook an extensive redevelopment project. One existing building was demolished to make way for a new driveway lane into the plaza; an existing building containing retail stores was expanded and renovated into office space; and a new building was constructed to house the Wendy’s Restaurant “anchor” store. Now, the updated plaza is not only an attractive shopping center but also conforms to the Town’s zoning regulations for parking, drainage and landscaping, and includes a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment facility servicing the new restaurant operation.
Coastal Engineering's services included:

- Wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance
- Environmental and regulatory permitting.
