Patriot Square Shopping Center, South Dennis, MA
About this project:
The Patriot Square Shopping Center is a 17.74-acre retail shopping center located on Route 134 in Dennis, MA. The shopping center contains approximately 136,000 square feet of space, which includes a supermarket, along with various retail stores and restaurants. When the existing supermarket was acquired, the store building was renovated and expanded from 56,115 square feet to 70,404 square feet by taking over adjacent space and constructing a building addition. Along with the expansion, a new wastewater treatment plant was installed that now services the new supermarket and other retail stores in the shopping center.
Coastal Engineering's services included:
- Topographic, boundary, and Land Court surveys
- Site development and civil engineering
- Hydrogeological reporting and groundwater monitoring
- Environmental and state regulatory permitting
- Wastewater treatment plant design
- Wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance.
